Did you know that magnesium is essential for good health?
Health experts believe that over half of our population is not getting enough magnesium in their diets. Magnesium is one of the most important minerals that we need to help keep our bodies functioning properly.
Magnesium helps protects against heart disease and heart attacks, high blood pressure and stroke, type II diabetes and more. It is helps to regulate all the minerals in our body, including calcium and potassium. If we don’t get enough magnesium it interferes with the way the other minerals work and can lead to anxiety, depression, restlessness, confusion, irritable bowel syndrome, osteoporosis, irregular heartbeat and muscle spasms.
Magnesium is available in many foods that are commonly available including whole grains, green leafy vegetables, wheat bran, Brazil nuts, almonds, cashews and even in bananas and spinach. If you don’t eat this type of food you may need to take magnesium as a supplement like Dr Gunderson’s Magnesium Ionic Drops.
We know that by increasing your intake of magnesium depression has been reduced in less than a week. You will find yourself feeling physically more comfortable and you’ll get a good night’s sleep.
